簡 歷:
程學(xué)旗,研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師,中國科學(xué)院計算技術(shù)研究所副所長。1996年進入中國科學(xué)院計算技術(shù)研究所工作,先后擔(dān)任軟件室主任、中國科學(xué)院網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)與技術(shù)重點實驗室主任、所長助理、副總工程師,2016年11月起任中國科學(xué)院計算技術(shù)研究所副所長。國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金、國家特支人才、國務(wù)院特殊津貼獲得者。擔(dān)任中國計算機學(xué)會大數(shù)據(jù)專家委員會秘書長、中國工業(yè)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會大數(shù)據(jù)與人工智能專委會副主任、中國中文信息學(xué)會信息檢索與內(nèi)容安全專委會主任。
在網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論、大數(shù)據(jù)分析引擎系統(tǒng)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能服務(wù)等方向深耕20余年,在基礎(chǔ)研究和系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用方面取得了一系列有持續(xù)影響力的特色成果。在本領(lǐng)域重要國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊和會議上發(fā)表論文200余篇,Google Scholar引用1萬余次,獲得授權(quán)專利60余件。研制完成的大規(guī)模分布式機器學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)(EasyML)、文本與自然語言處理工具集(MatchZoo)、大數(shù)據(jù)計算引擎(SQLGraph)在國際開源社區(qū)影響廣泛,在查詢理解、信息檢索和排序?qū)W習(xí)方面的研究成果五次獲得本領(lǐng)域重要學(xué)術(shù)會議(ACM SIGIR、ACM CIKM)優(yōu)秀論文獎。自然語言處理、社會計算、知識圖譜、信息檢索和排序?qū)W習(xí)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在國際權(quán)威評測中多次排名第一。
近年來,先后主持并完成了十余項國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計劃(“973”計劃)、國家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計劃(“863”計劃)、國家信息安全重大專項以及中國科學(xué)院知識創(chuàng)新工程等科研任務(wù)。研究成果形成的平臺、系統(tǒng)獲得國家科技進步獎二等獎三次、北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎二等獎一次,中國中文信息學(xué)會錢偉長中文信息處理科學(xué)技術(shù)獎一等獎一次,中國電子學(xué)會電子信息科學(xué)技術(shù)獎一等獎兩次。
